We understand that sometimes an item might not fit or feel exactly as expected, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, here’s how it works.
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your request according to your instructions.
For exchanges, please contact us here to review available options and shipping details directly with the store.
For returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product has been inspected and approved.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Please allow 4–5 business days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 24–48 hours to appear in your account.
Final Sale Items
Some products are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items on sale or clearance, customized or made-to-order products, personal-use accessories, and any product marked as “Final Sale” in its description. All sales for these products are final and cannot be refunded or replaced.
Product Conditions
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. Products showing signs of wear, missing packaging, or returned after the allowed period will not qualify for refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted within 20 calendar days of delivery.
We recommend trying footwear on carpeted surfaces to avoid marking the soles.
